 CMA-1410 Class 2 EFB’s consist of two components: the Electronic Display Units (EDU’s) which are mounted on the window assembly with the ABC Completions custom-designed bracket which has a swivel joint to allow for the individual pilot’s comfortable viewing position. The window remains fully functional with the EFB installed and has been strengthened to support the additional weight. A quick release latch is provided for removal of the unit. The bracket also has a breakaway feature for safety. The Expansion Module Units (EEMU’s) are mounted in the side consoles. Interconnection to other aircraft systems are made through these units for FMS position, power etc. We typically configure our customer’s EFB’s with your applications during the installation period so you are up and running immediately.  It runs on Windows XP Pro OS allows you to install a wide variety of application software.

Supplemental Type Certificates (STC’s), EASA (European) U.S. and Canadian are available for the Global Express Series aircraft and Challenger, for a complete list of STC’s available please refer to the menu for options.

10.4″ Electronic Display Units are available on Global Express, Challenger, Falcon 2000 and BBJ aircraft.

The CMA-1410 features a 10.4″ Diagonal screen that allows approach plates and airport diagrams to be displayed full size.  This minimizes panning and zooming, reducing crew workload.  This display provides an exceptionally clear and bright image in all ambient lighting conditions that is also very suitable for viewing en route charts from Jeppesen’s™ Flitedeck.
There is an on-screen virtual FMS style ot Qwerty keyboard for all applications requiring data entry.
